SYNTHESIS is Cyprus’ leader in social entrepreneurship and social innovation.
SYNTHESIS develops and implements research and educational projects of social impact, particularly in the fields of migrant integration, social inclusion and empowerment of the vulnerable groups.
SYNTHESIS is the intermediate organisation of the Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs Programme and manages the “Hub Nicosia,” a pioneering social innovation hub and educational center.
SYNTHESIS provides mentoring and support to children and adolescents who are at risk of early school leaving. In addition, we support teachers and schools to develop programmes and materials that can help pupils acquire life and entrepreneurial skills.
As an accredited Vocational Education & Training and Adult education provider, SYNTHESIS focuses on the development of training programmes that can empower small enterprises and their employees, as well as enhance the personal and professional development of people who are at the margin of society. SYNTHESIS also provides non-formal education to youth and adults who are at the risk of social exclusion and with less opportunities, including NEET youth, migrants, people with disabilities, women and children. SYNTHESIS work focuses on developing a combination of knowledge, values and skills which will mobilise youth and adults to fully engage in civic, political and economic life.
